Zona IT Solutions — Software License & Disclaimer
Applies to: Zona MSP Agent, ZONA 50-Point System Checkup, and other downloadable Zona IT Solutions software products.
1. License Grant Upon purchase, Zona IT Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this software on devices you own or are authorized to administer. This license is for personal or single-business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the software files with third parties is prohibited without written permission.
2. What This Software Does The Zona MSP Agent is a maintenance utility that automatically identifies and resolves common Windows system issues, including but not limited to: stalled or failed Windows Update processes, system file corruption (via built-in Windows repair utilities), and standard security configuration gaps. After each run, it produces a health score and a report detailing every check performed and every change made.
3. What This Software Does Not Do This software does not access, collect, transmit, or store personal files, browsing data, passwords, or other private information. It does not install persistent background services, and it only runs when manually initiated by the user. It does not communicate with Zona IT Solutions servers to transmit system data unless you separately opt into a connected service.
4. Your Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining current backups of your important files before running any maintenance or repair software, including this one. While this software is designed to make safe, standard corrective changes, no software can guarantee an outcome on every possible hardware and software configuration. If you are uncertain whether this software is appropriate for your system, contact us before running it, or consider our managed IT services instead.
5. No Warranty This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Zona IT Solutions does not warrant that the software will be error-free, that it will resolve every issue on every system, or that use of the software will prevent all future system issues.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zona IT Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of this software is limited to the amount you paid for it. Zona IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from the use of this software — which is why maintaining your own backups (Section 4) matters regardless of which maintenance tool you use.
7. Refunds Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If the software fails to run correctly on a supported system (Windows 10/11), contact support@zonaitsolutions.com within 14 days for a resolution or refund.
8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
